In terms of design, the mini electric SUV is tall, boxy, and robust with a decent amount of ground clearance. It has a closed front grille with the brand’s logo in chrome finish, flanked by LED headlamps and thick black bumpers. Moving on to the side profile, it gets a single door on either side, which is sandwiched between the chunky wheel arches. At the rear, it has LED taillamps and a brand logo in a chrome finish that connects both ends. It rides on 16-inch alloy wheels.

On the feature front, the VinFast VF3 will come loaded with an advanced 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, fully folding second-row seats, connected car tech, digital instrument cluster, two-spoke steering wheel, automatic climate control, and cruise control.

What will be the battery pack, powertrain, and specifications of the VF3?

Currently, the carmaker has not revealed the details about the battery pack and the electric motor. But, it is targeting the range of this supermini electric SUV to be around 201km (150 miles).

The price of the base should be within 5 lacs. It should be a city car only for work. Mileage range can be reduced to compromise the price. As it has no boot space, the rear seat should be foldable to carry some material. Then it can be a useful city car. In this segment, no car is there to cater to the city's requirement. Tata Nano EV can be a competitor for this. If it goes for 10 lacs, we will prefer to buy the Tata Punch EV. In 1the 0 lakh bracket lot of cars are available in EVs to buy.

I would like the car will have a real range of 250+ kilometers. Pricing would be under 10 L. Also, with fast charging, 0 to 80 percent in less than a couple of hours. Good for a city traffic ride.
