    Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Flex-fuel — First Look

    The way things are being planned, the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Flex-fuel (FF) is set to become India's first mass-segment flex-fuel car. It's one of the answers to the never-ending quest for alternative fuels for cars. The Wagon R FF is designed to run on any ethanol-petrol blend and will eventually help reduce tailpipe emissions. It also goes without saying it will comply with the upcoming and more stringent BS6 phase-II emission norms. The prototype exhibited at Maruti's pavilion at the 2023 Auto Expo looked exactly the same as the standard Wagon R on sale in India, save for the fluorescent badging. We believe the 'Flex-Fuel' branding on the side will be mellowed down in the production avatar. However, the bright green embellishments may be retained to display its green, environment-friendly avatar.

      *Buying experience was dampened by the fit and finish of the vehicle thanks to the dealerships diligent efforts they managed to correct a few flaws. *Driving this beast makes you feel like top of the world is absolutely amazing. *Looks are smashing and aggressive, high speeds are a piece of cake *Service centre so far has been very responsive they have tried tooth and nail to help me out. But so many features have Tata engineers confused to handle with *Cons- Build quality (fit and finish), false claims on mileage car gives way less in the city with moderate traffic that too with a light foot on the gas around 9 to be precise. TC gearbox jammed a couple of occasions resulting in the gear being stuck at 1 *Pros-ride feels like a monster, easy and fun to drive.

    • Don't buy any petrol turbo car from kia
      Pros- -Had a good buying experience at a Kia dealership -The car has good legroom and headroom -The AC works great even in hot summers. Cons- -Fuel economy in city- 8.5 kmpl and highway- 14 kmpl -Poor driving dynamics...won't feel confident taking this car above 100kmph -The car feels very sluggish below 1500rpm -The headlights of this car are a nightmare ... visibility at night is very, very poor -The 3rd row is good for kids, not adults
